Whilst heading the design team at SMACK agency during a maternity cover, I lead a team of three on a complete re-design of Richmond Housing Partnership website. The aim of the re-design was to encourage online interaction so accessibility and user experience was crucial in the early planning stages to engage their wide target audience. Rich in functionalities which include payments, bookings, housing/job applications and user accounts – each stage is broken down into easy steps to guide the user. The design is clean and modern with colour coded sections and iconography to ease users into managing their account through the new online platform.
